Nigeria brevet

Thank you for your letter / mail.

First I need to say: I’m not in anyway related to Late Michael Ladefoged – at least not what I know about. Ladefoged is my husbands family-name.

But anyway: who doesn’t want to be rich.

Secondly you may know: Many people in Denmark have had an experience, where an offer from an unknown has turned into ruin: they have told about their own bankaccount, and few days later they have lost a great deal of their own money. Therefore: if you any time ask me to transfer any money to you (before I have received some fro somewhere) , this coorporation will stop immediately.

You ask for some informations:

My Full Name and Address: Mrs. Lene Ladefoged, Doktorvejen 16, DK – 9940 Laesoe.
My Age, Occupation and Position: age: 51 years, estate agent, owner of the company. I’m married and mother to 4 children
MyTelephone and  Mobile  for Communication Purpose: +4598491919 , +4530990024.

Have a nice day.

Best regards

Svaret kom samme dag:

Before we proceed I want you to realise that we are not harming any body or family, you may ask why you are to stand as the deceased next of kin for this claim, the answer to such question is simply that Late Michael Ladefoged,Had not existing relative to claim his balance from the bank, since the demise of his death  all effort to locate his extended relative and family members through their consulate and foreign affaires ministries where all in vain.

An operative account can no longer exist more than three years in African banks, after two year the account would be placed under dormant vault, then after some three years the account must be closed as unclaimed bill if the owners or relatives of the account beneficiary fails to claim the funds left in the account.

I have received ultimatum of only 21(twenty one) working days as the deceased attorney to present the deceased heir of have the account closed as unclaimed bill, another question is when this account is closed as unclaimed bill what happens to the money, the answer is this, 70% of the total sum goes into government treasury account at the apex government Bank, while 30% of this funds is shared amongst the Governing Board of the Bank.

You will agree with that leaving this fund to disappear just like a think wind is senseless when I have all the facilities required to claim this fund through your help. You are to stand as the next of kin to the deceased since you have same surname with him, that's all I need because I have all documents and information required to make this  transaction happened.

Before further procedure let me give you guarantee that you will not face any queries or hindrance now or after the successful conclusion of this business deal, you can agree with me that I can not associate myself in any business / transaction that may bring curse or problems to my family as a married man and a father of three kids. Moreover am a legal practitioner and a court advocate, I can not just damage my hard earned reputation, my plan is to join politics and contest as a member of my country national assembly,so I have no reason to dent my political carriers because of this money,Back to the Procedures.

Dear Mr. Attanasso.

I have received the application form, and I can send it anytime.

But I wonder and would like an answer before I do so. I wonder how I can assure, why the Danish authority should believe me being a related to the late Mikael. My birth name is Rasmussen. Ladefoged is my husband’s family-name. Wouldn’t it be better if he was the one with whom you did the business.

I just wonder – If you don’t think it matters, please let me know, and I’ll send the application to the bank  immediately, and let you when it’s done.

I nice day to you as well.

Hello Mr. Attanasso

I have now send the acclamation form to Atlantique Bank, and off course I’m looking forward to see what will happen.

As soon as I hear from the bank I’ll contact you for further agreements

Best regards

Lene

Mr. Attanasso

Yesterday I received one more letter from the bank. They have accepted the acclamation form, and the only thing resting before we can have the money released to my account for further business is filling out one more form – a Supreme Court Verification Form.

It shouldn’t be any problem. But – and that’s a problem: The bank need to receive an application fee at 12.200 Euro, which I do not have.

But maybe it’s no problem after all. I’m sure our cooperation and thrust is strong enough to make the agreement, that you will offer me a loan to pay the fee. You will off course have all the money back when we meet and split the total heritage at 18.5 mill USD.

I’ll be very pleased if you will send the money to my account:

DK4130004431074001 SWIFT-code: DABADKKK.

Immediately I have the money, I’ll transfer to the Supreme Court without any delay.

best regards and a nice weekend to you and your family

Lene Ladefoged

I have still not received anything from the Court, but I forward to you a letter from the bank.

Unfortunately I’m ones again asked to transfer money – this time Euro 9.800 – I do not have. This time it’s seems to be for insurance reasons.

I don’t know what to do. Hope you may have the answer.

Have a nice weekend

Dear Mr. Attanasso

Thanks for your letter.

Of course I do believe in you, and I do not have any intensions of betraying you. As soon the money is transferred into my account I’ll let you know, and I’ll write an official invitation for your visit in Denmark. Hear is cold this days, but nice anyway.

But you don’t have money for the insurance, and I don’t have the money, and there is no possible way for me to raise it. I already said so in our very first letter corresponding.

Maybe I have an idea: If we do not transfer the money to my account, but into yours instead – I could write the bank an authority - you are, I think, my attorney in this case – there will be no need for insurance course the money will not leave your country and the bank will have no need for insurance. After while you and I can make a traditional transfer to my account – usually we do not insure money transfer.

Could that be an idea?

Please let me know.

Alternatively I could send an authority to you (with a copy to Atlantique Bank) to draw the insurance-money from the 18.5 mill-account and pay the insurance.

Or I could open – as the bank suggested – an account in my name in Atlantique Bank to where the money can be transferred. It would give us some time to think and find a way to get the money free and shareable.

In hope

Lene Ladefoged

So,I will advice you to write to the Atlantique Bank how much it will cost to open account in the Bank, where the money can be transferred,so that we can raise the money for the open account, becasue I believe to open account will not cost too much money.

Thanks.

De fleste banker vil jo gerne have nye kunder.

Thank you very much for your kindly informations. I’m so happy you have done all this work for my.

Unfortunately I’m not in a financial position, where I’m able to transfer Euro 9.800 for the insurance of my funds. I do simply not have that much money.

But I’ll be very interested in following your advice, and therefore I’ll ask for the possibility of opening an account in your bank to where  my heritage can be transferred. I don’t hope any insurance will be necessary in a case of intern transfer in your Bank.

An alternative could be, if you will offer me a loan of the amount of Euro 9.800 in your Bank. I think paying back the loan will be no problem, as soon as I’ve received the 18.5 mill USD on my account in Denmark.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Hello

I haven’t received the mail, you in phone said you would send.

But I have received the following letter from the Bank today.

Even though the bank only ask for Euro 6000, I’m sorry to say: I do not have the money. It’s unfair  poor people can’t get their own money – don’t you think.

Unfortunately the Bank can’t offer me a loan, it seems as the Bank have no legal right to use any money from the total funds. Such wouldn’t happen in Denmark.

Maybe we could have a loan in another Bank in Benin. They may have the guaranty and security in the fund. As you know we have all the documents which legalize the fund as my heritage.

What else to do?: give it up perhaps– as I from the very first thought would be end of this (as many other socalled Nigeria-letters) wonderful story.

Hello mr. Attanasso

Now I have decided  to be honest to you. I have no money at all – the financial problems round the world has also been a fact in my very little estate agent business.

And it seems we are coming no further before I’m sending at least some money.

In my very first answer and letter to you I wrote: Many people in Denmark have had an experience, where an offer from an unknown has turned into ruin: they have told about their own bankaccount, and few days later they have lost a great deal of their own money. Therefore: if you any time ask me to transfer any money to you (before I have received some from somewhere) , this coorporation will stop immediately.

Combined with the fact I have no money to send – I’m sorry to say: I think the game is over.

It has been fun, and if I suddently received the enormous fund, I wouldn’t even thing of keeping it myself. You will immediately know and have your part.

But don’t blame me I’ve had my doubt from the very beginning.

Try to take a good look at the link below. Even though it’s from a Danish homepage, I’m sure you will understand a great lot of the information. Mustly it’s written in English.

You’ll find many heritage-stories from Africa to people in Denmark and other countries . So many poor Danes and Germans and other Europeans dead in auto crashes or air crashes – a great deal in the plane crash the 26th of December 2003. Usually they leave an account of several Mill. USD and there is no way to find their relatives. You can read it yourself.

Fra:                Mrs Ruth Davies [ruthdavies2@yahoo.com]

Sendt:            20. november 2008 09:13

Emne:            Please help me share  this to the needy

Hello and i bring to you calvary greetings.

Please help me share  this to the needy

My   names are Mrs Ruth Davies, I am a 65 years old woman, I am a British woman, a

business merchant and owned series of businesses

in all over the world before i became ill.  I am married with two children, my

husband and two children died in a car accident six years ago but before this

happened my business and concern for making money was all I cherished and lived

for, I  never really cared about other values in life, but since the loss of my

family, I have found a new desire to assist helpless people and I  have been

helping orphans in orphanage/ motherless homes. I have donated some money to

orphans in Sudan, South Africa Cameroon, Spain, Australia, Somalia and some Asian

countries before I became ill, I kept  (US$12Million) with a commercial bank in

LondonUK and presently I am in a hospital due to my sickness.

The doctor told me I have serious breast cancer and that I have a few months to

live and it is my last wish to see that this money is distributed to charity

organizations wisely because so much of my wealth has been plundered an robbed by

my relatives and friends since my illness and I cannot live with the agony of

entrusting this huge responsibility to any of them again since the money in the

bank is the last fund that I have left, my friends and relatives have misuse all my

funds that I left in their possession since my illness. You might be wondering why

I did not ask my close relatives to pick over this task, but I once asked members

of my family to close one of my accounts in France and donate the money which I

have there to charity organizations and to victims of hurricane Katrina in US, they

closed the account but refused to donate the money to the organizations and to the

victims of this hurricane, some of them even fled away with some of the money while

the rest  shared the remaining money among themselves and planned to kill me

because from the way they are acted around me tells me that they wanted me dead so

that they can take over my remaining funds, hence I do not trust them anymore as

they seem not to be content with what I have left for them.

Please, I am begging and pleading to you in the name of God to help me collect this

last funds deposited in a commercial Bank in London as the beneficiary of it and

distribute it amongst charity organizations and use your judgment to distribute the

money to the motherless, orphanage homes and to the blind ones and keep 10% of it

to yourself for your effort and help, please I am all doing this just to justify my

believe to help the needy before I give up and I will like you to see it from the

implication of your heart as a need to assist a fellow human being and assist me in

doing this knowing fully well that there is reward for you from God.

Also feel free to reimburse yourself when you have the money for any cost you

incure during the process of collecting and distributing the money to charity

organizations, may the good Lord bless you and your family.

I await your urgent response.

Please get back to me via mail as I can only reply through my labtop because I can

not talk very well due to the sickness.

Sincerly,

Mrs Ruth Davies

Tydeligvis fra England. Dert burde vel borge lidt for troværdigheden.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Find the attached letter and revert back to us ASAP.

Yours faithfully,

Mr. Patrick Tredigdo

(Credit Manager, Credit Suisse London)

Email: info@credit-s.uisse.info

Attention: Mr. Patrick Tredigdo

Dear sirs

I’ve received the letter you find attached.

Before I do anything further, I would like you to confirm the letter comes from your bank.

I’ll be pleased if you’ll offer me an answer as soon as possible.

Best regards from

yours faithfully

Det kunne Credit Suisse desværre ikke bekræfte:

Dear Mrs Ladefoged,

Thank you very much for forwarding the correspondence that you received. The email demonstrates the characteristics of ‘Advance Fee Fraud’ and we would recommend that you do not reply to it or any subsequent correspondence you receive.

Unfortunately, these types of messages are very common and Credit Suisse is one of the many financial institutions whose name is falsely used to contact unsuspecting members of the public. We will follow our internal procedures and deal with the information provided accordingly. This may involve forwarding your correspondence to the relevant law enforcement agencies in the UK however it should be noted that, due to the large volumes of similar correspondence that they receive, it is unlikely that either you or we will receive any feedback or updates from them.

If you have made any payments or disclosed any confidential information, to the sender of the messages you received, we would advise you to contact your local law enforcement agencies and report this to them as potential fraud.

For your information, I attach the link to the Metropolitan Police website in the UK which provides further detail on these types of fraud:

My Lene,

I am writing you this mail with tears of joy in my eyes knowing fully well now that i can now rest assured should anything happen to me.I will like to let you know that I have been several times betrayed by people i trusted so much, but it did not deter me from doing what i know and beleive to be right for humanity,in what ever task you undertake, you must approach it with a clear conscience and a sence of direction and purpose and God will do the rest.

It is such a long time since any body cared for me,were compassionate, understanding and accommodating. It is more painful and frightening, particularly when the people involved are those you have helped and loved, but now when you are down, everybody will abandon you,Anyone who proposes to do good must not expect people to roll stones out of his way, but must accept his lot calmly if they even roll a few more upon it. I have been very down since the weekend ,i have been expecting your your mail to tell me that the transfer has been concluded,my spirit will be highly lifted and i thank God i came across you. If it is the will of God for me to see the impact of my good works,it will not pass me by,however where ever i go i can rest assured that i have you to complete my dream. My dear i have learnt in life to love the moment. Flowers grow out of dark moments. Therefore, each moment is vital. It affects the whole. Life is a succession of such moments and to live each, is to succeed.  I will make out time and call you when am a bit strong i have been having severe pains all over my body since the weekend and writing this is very hard. Please try and write me as many times as you can daily. I look forward to hearing from you.

Always keep me informed.

May God keep and guide you

LoveMother Ruth

Dear Ruth Davies

I’m sorry to inform you: the good friend of yours Mr. Tredigdo isn’t quite reliable. I thought something was wrong, when I noticed the strange e-mailadress of his: info@s.uisse.bank.info. Notice the dot in the middle of Suisse. Therefore I wrote to the real Suisse Bank. What do you think they replied?

Best regards from

Lene

Dear Lene,

I do not understand what you are saying. I made the deposit my self and It will be duly handed over to you as per my instructions to you.Do not allow any one to cheat  or deceive you.

Ruth

Do not allow any one to cheat or deceive you.”
